Hospitality Volunteers faciliate fellowship after services in the following ways:

Set Up:
At 9:15 preparation begins:
- Make coffee, lemonade, water.
- Put food on trays.
- Load coffee cart with plates, hot & cold cups, napkins, plasticware, creamer, sweeteners, food trays.

Hopitality volunteers leave service during the last song to take the food and drinks to the serving tables. 

Volunteers then serve the refreshements.  Due to the current Covid situation, food will either need to be individually wrapped or served with tongs.  No unwrapped food will be served.  Volunteers will also pour and serve all drinks. 

Clean Up:
At the end of fellowship time (usually after about 20 minutes), volunteers return everything to the kitchen, wash the dishes, and put them away.  Any leftover food is put in the freezer.  

Usually the same crew helps with set up and clean up, but that is flexible.  If you can only help with one, please let me know so I can get help with the other. 

Bring Goodies:
Any baked goods, homemade or store bought.  Individually wrapped items are preferred but not necessary.  Fruit is also an option, but please advise me if that is your choice so I can plan accordingly. 

Team Leaders:
I'm also looking for people willing to train to oversee all phases of fellowiship on days I am unable to do it.  Team leaders need to arrive at 9am and stay until everything has been competed after fellowship.  In addiiton, team leaders will also train any new hospitality helpers.
